In recent years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with AffiliateManager.com in two separate business situations. In one case, they were brought on to take over and revitalize an unsuccessful, struggling affiliate program already begun a year earlier with a different company. In another, AffiliateManager.com was hired to launch an affiliate program from scratch. In both instances, I found them to be attentive, detail-oriented, and highly effective. Since taking over our affiliate program, the AffiliateManager team has done an outstanding job of focusing our affiliate program, implementing new tools for the affiliates to maximize sales and growing both the quality of our affiliate network and revenues. Mike and Jon are always coming up with new ideas and innovations that have transformed our affiliate program into a significant sales channel. Not everything is easy to sell. I have a product that everyone uses, but not many people want to be involved in selling. It was hard to find an affiliate program manager that would work for us. Not only would they have to sell what we sell, they would have to convince other people to sell what we sell. AffiliateManager has done an excellent job. It hasn't even been 12 months and they have already doubled the amount of business running through our affiliate channel.

PNP had just over 2,000 affiliates in our network before we partnered with AffiliateManager. But, the large majority were not selling anything for us. Once onboard, AffiliateManager weeded out the dead wood and recruited a substantial amount of new, quality affiliates. In just over a year, we now have over 2,500 affiliates. These new affiliate recruits have been selling tremendous amounts of product for us. In fact, we've seen a 250% increase in affiliate sales from 2008 to 2009. And, we've seen a 300% increase in affiliate sales comparing Sept - Nov of 2008 with Sept - Nov of 2009. The quality of the new AffiliateManager affiliate recruits has had a huge impact on our bottom line.

Jon continues to present fresh new ideas, keeps abreast of the newest technologies that we may be able to leverage, and stays in touch via telephone on a weekly basis. Erica is proactive with her ideas and reminders and is a joy to work with. And, Mike is the glue that keeps the team focused and is always available and responsive. This is a very exciting time for PNP and we owe much of it to AffiliateManager and their efforts.
